On 30 November and 1 December 2024, Hong Kong’s iconic annual outdoor youth arts event Standard Chartered Arts in the Park celebrated its 24th edition, attracting over 100,000 local and international visitors to Causeway Bay. Inspired by French author Jules Verne’s novel Around the World in Eighty Days, the festival featured non-stop stage performances, interactive art stalls, and a spectacular Grand Finale Parade showcasing fabulous giant puppets and colourful costumes.

“Standard Chartered Arts in the Park 2025” has been cancelled
Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation is profoundly saddened by the No. 5 fire that broke out at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po yesterday and expresses our deepest condolences to the victims and their families. The Foundation has decided to cancel “Standard Chartered Arts in the Park 2025”, originally scheduled to take place in Causeway Bay on 29 and 30 November 2025.
